The development company required office space for the partners, sales team and administrative staff. The overall form and use of materials reflect the casual, southern vernacular of the Ford Plantation. Hand painted 5 ‘V’ crimp roof panels, painted western red cedar lap siding, exposed rafter tails and galvanized steel light fixtures reinforce this design approach. The front porch and breezeway add to the comforting feel of this quaint administrative facility.
