The site is within the Headwater area which is made up of family compounds of ten acres or more with deep water frontage along the May River.
DWA provided site design and watercolor renderings for the entire compound that includes a total of seven buildings: main house, carriage house, pool house, three guest houses and a stable. The complex will also have a pool and tennis court. The carriage house, the first structure built, draws on historic precedents of a rookery. The carriage house provides living quarters for the owners while the rest of the complex is built.
