Set overlooking the tropical waters of Islamorada, this spectacular three story, 3,500 SF home bears the name “Albright” after a notable local fishing guide in a region that claims the “world’s best sport fishing.” It is the first of eight planned homes in an enclave name “The Shore,” a secluded cluster of homes facing a promenade. The homes will share a grassy lawn that will feature a common pool, beach and private dock for residents.
The Albright’s architecture and landscape design was inspired by the traditional small waterfront fishing villages of the region. The three story design has a simple, traditional form with clean, elegant detailing. The intent was to create a home that was timeless and felt like it belonged in its setting. The home features raised decks for indoor and outdoor living. Every room focuses your attention on the natural beauty and vistas of the water. The area is so rich with vibrant and ever-changing colors that it constantly redefines the mood of the home.
